Membership is open to all: residents, property owners, business owners, and representatives of non-profit organizations who reside or conduct business within the boundaries of the Association.

Five design alternatives for Foster Road
The Portland Bureau of Transportation has drafted five alternatives for a future bicycle/traffic lane configuration of Foster Road.

Join us – membership in the Communications Committee is open to anyone who lives, works, or owns property in the neighborhhood!
The goals of the committee are:
- Make neighborhood communications consistent and keep them current.
- Establish a tone-of-voice and look-and-feel.
- Recruit and maintain neighborhood association members.
Subcommittees may include:
- Website
- Events
- Outreach/Block Captains
- Branding/Messaging
-Promotion
